Chapel Hill Academy

Christ-Centered, Biblical Worldview

All areas of life at Chapel Hill Academy seek to be Christ-centered.  From academics and athletics to policies and procedures, the staff and parents strive to point students to the holy, righteous and omnipotent Creator of the universe as the central figure of time and eternity. Students are encouraged to think Biblically about creation, history, math and science, as well as how they treat one another and how they relate to the world in which we live.  It is a privilege to assist in the preparation of Godly young men and woman equipped for Kingdom work in the world.  It is all about Him.

Excellent Academics

It is a high calling to serve the Sovereign Ruler of all things in the classroom. Therefore, teachers and students are encouraged to do their work heartily as unto the Lord and to make the most of their God-given gifts and skills.  Teachers strive to develop excellent, engaging and enriching lessons that challenge students while recognizing the varying abilities of their pupils.  Students are encouraged to work diligently, to think Biblically and to honor God by doing their best.  The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

Parent Involvement

Believing that the Word of God has given parents the primary role of educating their children, Chapel Hill Academy seeks to come alongside parents to assist them in the Christ-centered education of their children. Students and teachers are blessed with a high level of parent involvement, from serving on the Board of Education and various committees to volunteering in the classroom.  Research has continually shown that students do better when parents are involved in the life of their school.  Co-laboring.

My husband and I feel confident that CHA truly prepares our children academically for high school, as well as setting a strong foundation for college. Spiritually, we couldn't be more pleased with how CHA shares the Bible with our children. The other strong and most important blessing we find at CHA are the teachers and other leaders at CHA. It is not just about what the children are taught. It's about what they experience. They experience the love of Christ through their teachers. Honestly, when a child can feel the love of a teacher, what more can be said? CHA is genuinely a blessing! ~ A Current CHA Parent
