CHA Ongoing Fundraisers
A number of ongoing fundraisers also exist to provide additional funds to Chapel Hill Academy. These programs allow families to participate with little effort and as part of their normal routine. Included are: Box Tops for Education, collecting soup and milk labels, Target Take Charge of Education and Shop4CHA. Click on the program links for more information on how you can participate. CHA Annual Fund
The CHA Annual Fund provides financial support either for the school’s operating budget (by covering the cost to educate each student that tuition revenue alone does not cover) or to meet special needs of the school. Parents, grandparents, former parents, alumni and friends of the school participate in this year-end giving, but financial gifts are thankfully accepted at anytime throughout the year.
CHA Golf Leadership Challenge
Held annually in the fall, the Golf Leadership Challenge's goal is to build and grow relationships, provide fellowship and to encourage participants through a motivating speaker. The event also serves as an annual source of additional funds for CHA to use on capital expenditures. Since its inception in 2003, the Golf Leadership Challenge has provided funds for the gymnasium floor, new computers, Smartboards, and to improve the safety of the school by replacing walkways, the drop-off area and parking areas at the school. CHA Live and Silent Auction
The Silent and Live Auction provides a time of fellowship, food and fun while browsing the many contributions from the community, parents, teachers and CHA students for the benefit of the school. Held during the winter months, the Auction provides respite from Minnesota's cold winter and funds various projects not otherwise covered in the operating budget. Proceeds from past Auctions have provided needed funds for roof replacement, parking lot renovation, a secured school entrance, our science lab and choral risers. CHA Walkathon
The mission of the Chapel Hill Academy Walkathon is to raise funds for the school's Scholarship Fund. One hundred percent of the net proceeds raised goes toward student scholarships. The goal of this event is to engage students and motivate them to help make a difference in the lives of families who desire a Christ-centered education for their children, but may need financial assistance.
