Community impact extends beyond the local community. Becoming part of the Great Commission is a vital part of training and developing our students.
Students at CHA participate in numerous mission endeavors that influence the lives of children, families, whole villages, and international communities. These initiatives help students embody the compassion and service of Christ, as they pinpoint needs, extend a helping hand, and spread the Gospel message.
These endeavors take a great deal of planning and prayer, and they work together with great excitement and energy to make an impact that is eternal.
February is Missions Month at CHA!
This is a special time dedicated to focused learning about global regions and missions that share the gospel around the world!
Throughout the month, we feature all-school chapels, guest speakers, and learning activities designed to inspire and engage our student body to learn more about missions.
Project-based Learning
Each grade level is assigned to focus on a global region during Missions Month. Teachers lead students in a month-long, project-based learning experience centered on scripture, the Great Commission, missions and outreach in their respective regions.
Love a Child, Inc.
CHA students participate in school-wide mission efforts including supporting Haitian children in need through grade-level offerings. Students have an opportunity to learn about the children they support and their life experiences growing up in Haiti.
