Required Admissions Documents:

Important Items to Note:

*You can right-click on the Teacher and Pastor Recommendation links and copy the links to paste into emails to share with the teacher/pastor.

*The Required Admissions Documents must be turned into the Office of Admissions or uploaded into your TADS account before scheduling and completing your student’s placement assessment.

To ensure student success, a CHA teacher will administer an academic assessment to each prospective K-8 student.* The assessment is used to help identify readiness, potential academic gaps, and confirm grade-level placement. A member of the Admissions team will contact you to schedule a Placement Assessment upon review of the application.

Assessments typically take 45-60 minutes. Results are generally available within 48 hours.

*Assessments may be required for JK students depending on age and previous school experience.

Middle School is a time of growth toward independence. As families consider CHA for their 5th-8th grade child, part of the admissions process includes a student interview with a teacher or administrator. The goal of this meeting is to learn more about the student’s faith and prior experiences in a school setting from his or her own perspective.

It is important to become acquainted with families seeking a partnership in Christian education. During the enrollment process, new parents meet with the Head of School or School Chaplain to share their personal testimony of faith and discuss questions or family information that help us assist families on a deeper level. A member of the Admissions team will contact you to schedule the Head of School or School Chaplain Parent Interview.

Once the required documents have been received, the placement assessment and required interview(s) are completed, a determination will be made for acceptance into Chapel Hill Academy.

If accepted, you will receive an email including a link to access the online Tuition and Enrollment Agreement.

Please note, this agreement must be completed before attending the New Family Orientation.

Once the Tuition and Enrollment Agreement are complete, a member of our Admissions team will contact you regarding New Family Orientation.

Please note, CHA hosts a New Family Orientation assembly each August during Back-to-School for all new families who enrolled at Chapel Hill Academy prior to the start of the school year. Families that enroll during the school year will receive a personal orientation.
